Day 1

Day 1 - Arrival in Leh Upon arrival at Leh Airport, situated at 3,505 meters (11,567 feet), you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take the first half of the day to rest and acclimate to the high altitude. After lunch, if time permits, visit the renowned Shanti Stupa, a Japanese pagoda built for world peace by Indian-based Japanese monks and inaugurated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1985. Enjoy the serene sunset views from this iconic site. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Day 2 - Leh Local Sightseeing After breakfast, set out to explore the scenic beauty and historical landmarks around Leh. Begin with a visit to the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, known as the Sangam. Continue your journey along the Indus River to the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, a revered shrine nestled in the Himalayas. Next, experience the intriguing Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to defy gravity. Conclude the day with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum showcasing memorabilia from the Kargil War. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Day 3 - Leh to Khardung La and Back After breakfast, embark on a drive to Khardung La Pass, situated at 18,380 feet, the highest motorable road in the world and the gateway to the Siachen Glacier. The panoramic views from the top are truly spectacular. After returning from the pass, enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the local markets of Leh. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

Day 4

Day 4 - Leh to Pangong Lake and Back After an early breakfast, set off for Pangong Lake, located at 14,500 feet. The drive, which takes 4-5 hours one way, will take you through the Changla Pass, the world’s third-highest motorable road at 17,350 feet. Pangong Lake, renowned for its stunning blue brackish waters, stretches 5-6 kilometers wide and approximately 134 kilometers long, with 75 percent of it lying across the Indo-China border. After exploring the lake and taking in its breathtaking beauty, return to Leh via the same route. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.

Day 5

Day 5 - Departure In the early morning, you'll be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home. Safe travels and cherished memories from your Leh adventure!
