Day 1

Day 1 - Jammu to Katra Upon arrival at Jammu Airport, you'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Katra. After refreshing yourself, prepare for the holy trek to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, located 12 kilometers away. This revered Hindu temple dedicated to Shakti is one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in India. For added comfort, you can hire ponies for the trek, making the journey more enjoyable. Return to the hotel in Katra late in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Katra Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel in Katra.

Day 3

Day 3 - Katra to Pahalgam via Patnitop After a leisurely breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Katra to Pahalgam, passing through the picturesque Patnitop. Explore Barfi Wala Point and the India Great Tunnel along the way. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and embark on a full-day sightseeing tour. Visit the renowned Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Hazratbal Shrine, and Shankaracharya Temple. After your garden visits, enjoy a memorable Shikara ride on Dal Lake, taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Close to Cheshm-e-Shahi Garden is the famous Pari Mahal, where you can spend some tranquil moments. During your garden tour, don't miss the opportunity to savor Kashmiri cuisine. Day 5

Day 5 - Srinagar to Gulmarg and Return After breakfast, explore any remaining attractions in Srinagar before heading to Gulmarg, renowned for its stunning natural beauty and as home to the highest golf course in the world. Known for its exceptional ski slopes, Gulmarg offers a full day of sightseeing. Visit Alpather Lake, Baba Reshi Shrine, and enjoy the panoramic views from the cable car to Kongdor. Explore Gulmarg Golf Course, Maharani Temple, and St. Mary’s Church. Experience the famous ski slopes and Khilanmarg’s scenic vistas. After a day of exploration, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 6

Day 6 - Srinagar to Sonmarg and Return After breakfast, drive to the stunning mountain resort of Sonamarg. The journey takes you through picturesque countryside, with rolling hills, lush forests, clear streams, and vibrant rice fields. Pass through the town of Kangan, which serves the local community, and make a brief stop in Mammar, known for its trout farm, for a warm cup of tea. Continue to Gagangir, a scenic spot on the Sindh River, where you can admire the snow-capped glaciers. In Sonamarg, embark on a 3-hour walk or horseback ride to the Thajwass Glacier (at your own cost).
